I guess i am not a Very Irresistible guy. but around ten o´clock, i dont like it anymore. Probably many others would enjoy this, i admit, but i only like the first hour i am wearing it, when you know there is patchouli but is not all about it. I love pencil shavings, and i have a very high tolerance to caustic sawmill wood scents (which is not the case of Very Irresistible) but i find now the patchouli raspy and tiring. Then patchouli steps out, along with some pencil shavings. After a while, the enjoyable chocolate (and the mint) are sadly vanished. Patchouli is noticeable in the background, rich and luxurious. The nutty quality makes it specially yummy. And so, VI is a an adult, sophisticated gourmand at this stage. Very soon the mysterious accord takes over: whatever it is, mint chocolate or chocolate mint, it reminds to the english "after eight" sweets, which are candies, yes, but to be eaten when kids are off to bed, and taste adult and sophisticated. It starts as a fresh, green blast of citrus and mint, very cooling. I personally believe that it might be the accord "coffee/roasted-hazelnut/oily-sesame" what gives this unmistakable mouthwatering chocolate scent. In my research i found out coffee and sesame were also listed in other sites. Strangely enough, the notes list doesnt contain cocoa, although, again, the illusion of chocolate is very vivid. There is indeed a variety of a mint hybrid (Mentha x pipperita `Chocolate Mint´) that is curiously mint-chocolate scented, but i have no idea if that is the one that was used in here. If you love an intense, oud-y scent - I'd definitely recommend this fragrance.I have to agree. Review by Georgia Scott, Beauty and Fashion commerce writer: 'Much like the rest of us, I wanted to try out the viral dupe of the Baccarat Rouge fragrance from Maison Francis Kurkdijan - Red Temptation from Zara has been spotted all over TikTok for giving the £235 fragrance some tough competition. However, you can grab Zara's £22.99 Red Temptation or the Maison Francis Baccarat Rouge for £235. There are a few Baccarat Rouge dupes on the high street to choose from. With corresponding top notes of sensual jasmine and rich saffron, and middle notes of amber and moss, these two scents are practically indistinguishable. If you want to smell expensive on a budget, look no further than Zara's Red Temptation, which is a near-perfect dupe for the Maison Francis Baccarat Rouge. We've put together an edit of the best Zara perfumes alongside their designer counterparts. Plus, if you're saving on perfume, you might finally be able to splash the cash on those cowboy boots you've been eyeing up for far too long. Whether your favourite designer scent is the internet-breaking Gypsy Water by Byredo, or Lancome's fun and fresh La Vie Est Belle, you're bound to find the perfect £19.99 version (or less) in Zara's perfume section. From light and floral, to dark and musky, Zara's catalogue of scents is wide enough to cater to the desires of every fragrance-phile, and then some. Surprisingly, similar to the Marks and Spencer perfume dupes that we've seen steal the show from designer equivalents. It goes without saying that Zara is our high-street go-to for all things clothing, but it's also a fragrance gold mine. That was, however, before Zara perfume dupes entered the scene. Whatever it was, the stark realisation of needing to dish out a minimum of £100 to replace our holy grail scent is not a vibe. Maybe it was last year's Christmas gift from the parents, or maybe it was a self-indulgent splurge. We all know that feeling of dread when we reach the end of our favourite high-end perfume.
